Ar Tapasya Samal is a conservation architect (MSc. Conservation at University of Bath, BArch. I.P. University Delhi) by qualification. She was awarded the South West RICS prize by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.She practices heritage building conservation through her organization Heritage Network Studio. She has been involved with over 45 projects in the past 17 years and collaborated with several agencies as a heritage expert. She taught in Architecture and Design Schools as Associate Professor (2014-2021) and later as adjunct and visiting faculty (2021-till date). She has joined the team as an Associate Professor (adjunct) in June 2023
