T V Subba Rao graduated from College of Fine Arts & Architecture and a post-graduation in Master of City Planning from IIT, Kharagpur and Masters of Architecture with Interior Design as Specialization from School of Planning and Architecture, JNAFAU, Hyderabad. Served as a Commissioned Officer in Corps of Engineers of Indian Army over a span of over 30 years Commissioned service he had worked as Combat Engineer for a period of 15 years. He worked as an Architect at various capacities for a span of 10 years before superannuation mainly for 3 wings of Indian ArmedForces, DRDO and Indian Coast Guard. After superannuation he served as a HOD of a Post Graduate wing of a Private College. Served as Dean and Director of Architectural Institutions of a Private University. He has been associated with GITAM School of Architecture for more than 6 years and is presently working as Professor entrusted with the responsibility of acdemics and adminstration
