GITAM School of Architecture conducted its first HR Conclave, GiARC 2026, bringing together architecture students and professionals around the theme “From Studio to Site: Bridging Architectural Education and Practice.”

Architect Meeta Jain, explored the journey from design ideas to site realities; Chandranath Dey, JLL, spoke about the expanding role of architects in real estate and industry; Garima Grover, Capsheaf Infra Pvt. Ltd., shared insights on technology and the future of architecture; K. Lakshmi Priya, HR & L&D Professional, Wurfel Küche, addressed employability and professional expectations; and Chandramouli Doda, Bowerbird, explored design solutions and client engagement.

The engaging Q&A session provided students with an opportunity to interact directly with the speakers, exchange perspectives, and gain valuable insights into careers, professional practice, and the evolving role of architects.
