FALS is back! This time the Film and Literary Society (FALS) discussed architecture in films and the design of a makeshift world on the celluloid. The panel featuring students of architecture analyzed details of the makeshift world on screen. The triggering description of utopian dystopian cities was also examined using Alfonso Cuaron's film Children of Men. Fritz lang's silent film Metropolis served as a visual cue to think over the skyline of futuristic cities and banality of skyscrapers. The entire session was curated by Abhishek Bhardwaj and Divya Harini. Students of both Bachelor's and Masters programs displayed vigour in this riveting conversation.
