GITAM School of Architecture once again brought sketchbooks to life at the Coco Arena 1 with #BytheBay serving as the highlight of the last Sunday of October. This annual outreach initiative — now in its third edition — continues to uphold the spirit of art, architecture, and community engagement.

From the first strokes of the morning, the arena resonated with creative energy as students and faculty translated everyday coastal vistas into timeless sketches. The response was motivating— visitors, locals, and architects participated enthusiastically, enriching the space with colour, creativity, and meaningful dialogue.
