This study highlights Odisha’s high vulnerability to cyclones and floods, noting gaps in current disaster management approaches in terms of Urban design.It focuses on identifying vulnerable urban areas and proposes integrating blue-green infrastructure into planning strategies. The aim is to mitigate flash floods and enhance resilience in Puri through sustainable, forward-looking urban development.
