Evaluating Stakeholder Perception and Adoption Readiness of Kinetic Facades in Commercial High-Rise Buildings

This research examines stakeholder perception and barriers to adopting kinetic façades in high-rise commercial buildings. While globally proven to improve energy efficiency, daylight control and thermal comfort, adoption remains limited. Through systematic literature review, case studies and surveys, the study identifies key barriers and proposes an adoption readiness framework for wider implementation.
