Urban areas, including the dense megacities, are home to a wide variety of biological species. The assessment and improvement of urban biodiversity are integral to creating sustainable, resilient, and livable cities. This research shows some of the cost-effective and workable ways to assess urban open spaces and biodiversity and ways to change for the better.
